Pinky is a champagne male. He’s a 2 year old (DOB about 5/07) big boy and he needs to be adopted with Farley. He was surrendered because his owners moved to a place that wouldn’t allow pets. He’s very playful and is just a great ferret.

Our 8th annual Family Fun Day fundraiser is April 10. The event kicks off at 12 noon, and we will have raffles, cake walks, food, games, prizes, and other stuff going on throughout the day. We have our large live auction kicking off at approximately 3 p.m. We have items in our raffles and live auction that will suit anyone. We have as many non animals items as we do animal items, so even if you love animals but do not have any, you can still support the rescue by coming to the event. If you would like to donate items for the fundraiser you can do so by contacting Dee Bickling at dbickling@verizon.net All donations are tax deductible, as we are a 501 (c)3 organization. After March 14th we will have a link posted displaying all items that will be available at the fundraiser. You can purchase raffle tickets and bid on auction items even if you are not able to attend the fundraiser.Posted on Monday, January 25th, 2010
Please come to the show at the York fairgrounds on March 20th and look us up. We will have a table and will have lots of bedding, made and sold by Dee Bickling, at the table. There are lots of other vendors there as well, so come on out and enjoy the ferret show with us!Posted on Monday, January 25th, 2010
We are selling Joe Corbi products until February 8th. Delivery will be February 18th. Email Lisa Vible at lisav@zoominternet.net or Claudia at barnyardtravellers@hotmail.com You do not need to be local, because the rescue has an account with Joe Corbis and will receive credit for orders placed.Posted on Monday, October 26th, 2009
Many people ask how we keep going, day after day, taking care of so many needy ferrets. Running a shelter, we see some very difficult things, and we also experience beautiful moments. Watch our short video showing some of the ferrets who have come through Oxford Ferret Rescue. Through these images, they can answer that question better than we can put into words.

We are often asked, "how can you keep doing this?" We've created a short video that answers that question. Click Here to see why we do this.
