Surrender Agreement

To surrender a ferret, start by downloading the Surrender Agreement. This legally signs the ferret over to Oxford Ferret Rescue care and ownership.

Please answer all of the questions fully. Provide us with information about the ferret, its temperament, and favorite toys/treats etc. This information helps us make this transition as stress-free as possible.

Please provide as much medical information as possible, including vaccination dates and name of your ferret's vet clinic and/or veterinarian. This information is important to the long-term health of the ferret.

Once you have completed the information, please print it out, sign it, and bring it with you to the shelter. Contact us if you have any questions.
